Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Usage Data: Device information, app activity logs, and analytics (via Firebase and Google Analytics).

To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send account updates, billing notifications, and support messages.
To comply with legal obligations.

With trusted providers like Stripe and Firebase.
With authorities if required by law.
Never sold to third parties for advertising.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

StoreFlow uses essential cookies required for the App to function, such as keeping you signed in. With your consent, we also use optional analytics cookies (and, if ever introduced, advertising pixels) to understand how the App and our marketing site are used.

On your first visit to our website, you'll see a cookie consent banner where you can choose “Accept all” or “Essential only.” Any analytics or advertising script only runs if you accept it. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer.

5. Data Security

Data is stored securely in Google Firebase servers with encryption.
Role-based access controls are enforced.
Users can request data export or deletion under GDPR/CCPA.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell or Share)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. StoreFlow does not sell your personal information for money.

To the extent any analytics or advertising cookies are considered “sharing” under California law, you can opt out at any time by selecting “Essential only” in our cookie consent banner (or the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer), or by emailing support@storeflow.org with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We will honor your request within 15 business days.

8. Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate this process, please send an email to privacy@storeflow.org from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

StoreFlow is not intended for use by children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website.
