End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StoreFlow ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the StoreFlow application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA and any applicable subscription terms, StoreFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the App.
  • Use the App to build a competing product or to benchmark its performance for public disclosure.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the App.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the App in ways that violate our Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to use the App only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you upload to or manage through the App.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

StoreFlow and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA grants you usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership of any part of the App or its underlying technology to you.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be installed automatically or may require your action. This EULA applies to all updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase, Google Analytics, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. StoreFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

8. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without notice, if you breach any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreFlow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this EULA will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
